THE INTERSECTION
KNOWLEDGE AGENCY ACTION

The Intersection is an initiative that advises individuals on the processing of conflicts. People often find themselves at a crossroad of options in a situation of conflict. There is a feeling of “being stuck” at the crossroad because you are unsure where each road or option could lead.
On most occasions, you know what you want, but need reassurance in terms of what the pursuit of a particular method of approaching a conflict situation actually entails for you. This is where, we, at The Intersection, could step in.
We provide clear information of legal, semi-legal and non-legal methods of handling conflict. We help you understand the consequences, benefits and challenges of different approaches to handling your conflict. We can also connect you with organisations, lawyers, therapists, mediators and other actors who can support you in pursuing a conflict processing method of your choice.
Individuals in situations of interpersonal conflict often need a safe space to speak and an easily comprehensible conversation to understand what their choice of conflict resolution necessitates. The Intersection facilitates knowledge building and agency over the actions you choose.

COLLABORATE WITH US
The Intersection seeks to partner with lawyers, psychologists, mediators, civil society organisations, community leaders, holistic healers and the police to expand the popular understanding of their roles in the landscape of conflict processing. We could also provide value addition in these spaces, through preliminary examination of a person’s conflict in a manner that enables them to think through their conflict with clarity and focus.
